One code. One right‑sized pack.
Most QR tools bundle every code into one recurring plan. GlyphIQ funds each code separately: 50K scans for a restaurant menu, 1M for a city billboard. Extend only the codes that need more; every destination stays editable and measurable.

Buy a code its own runway.
A standalone pack is a one-time purchase you attach to a single code — its own scan budget from 1K to 1M. The code redirects to your destination until its scans or pack term run out. Manage spend code by code: give your money-makers a bigger scan budget, keep throwaways cheap, and add another pack only when you want to. There is no recurring bill.

Set it and forget it. It refuels itself.
Reserve a standalone pack against a code and it tops itself up the moment its scan cap or term is reached — the reserved pack applies automatically, with no lapse and no manual step. Setting up or cancelling a reservation never charges.

Out of runway? Still not a dead link.
When a pack’s scans or time run out, the code is marked archived — but it isn’t deleted, and it isn’t a dead 404. By default it falls back to a simple GlyphIQ page that carries one contextual ad, and in some cases we may keep the code redirecting to your destination instead, supported by ads. Either way, that ad is what pays to keep the code in the system. It stays reactivatable for as long as people keep scanning it: attach a new pack and it points back at your destination, ad-free. Ads only ever run on codes whose pack has run out — never on active codes or in the dashboard.
Three steps. The code never has to change.
Create a branded code, change where it points whenever reality changes, and watch scans land in real time — privacy-first, country-level, with no scanner profiling.

See every scan. Profile nobody.
Real-time numbers that matter — total scans, unique visitors, devices and country-level location — with no raw IPs, no cookies on the scan path, and no scanner profiling.

One code, wherever it needs to live.
Menus, packaging, events, business cards, real estate — point a printed code wherever it needs to go, and change it later without reprinting.

You shape what gets built next
GlyphIQ is part of UserShaped, a family of independent products built around one idea: the people who use a product should shape where it goes. Every idea and feature request is read by the person who builds GlyphIQ, and it weighs directly on what ships next. Public roadmap voting is planned — today, your email is how you steer.
Pay only for the codes that matter.
Standalone packs are the only paid product: buy a code its own scan budget, active until its scans or pack term run out, with no recurring bill. If the pack term ends before the scans do, those unused scans aren’t lost — extend the code and they carry into the new pack, up to that pack’s own size.

Example: a 50K pack with 20,000 scans left when its term ends — extending with another 50K pack carries them forward and adds a fresh term.
One-time per pack · no recurring bill · in USD · from $3.
One code. Its own finite runway.
Attach a pack to a code and it runs on the scan budget you bought until that budget or the pack term runs out. The lifecycle below runs purchase to archive.

Standalone bundles — group several codes under a single pack and share one scan budget across all of them. Even less hassle, more affordable.
Frequently Asked Questions About QR Codes
A dynamic QR code stores a short redirect URL instead of your final destination. This means you can change where it points at any time — without reprinting the code. GlyphIQ lets you create, update, and track dynamic QR codes from a single dashboard.
Yes. A standalone pack is a one-time purchase you attach to a single code. You pick a scan budget (1,000–1,000,000 scans), and the code keeps redirecting until its scans or pack term run out. There is no recurring bill and GlyphIQ never auto-charges your card; if you want a code to continue automatically, auto-extend applies a pack you have already bought.
Yes. With a dynamic QR code from GlyphIQ, you can change the destination URL as many times as you need. The printed code stays the same — only the redirect target changes. This works for flyers, packaging, business cards, and any other printed material.
Static QR codes don’t expire because the URL is encoded directly into the image — there’s no service to fail. Dynamic QR codes depend on a redirect service. With GlyphIQ, a standalone pack keeps one dynamic code active until its scan budget or pack term ends, and auto-extend can apply another pack automatically.
GlyphIQ provides real-time scan analytics for every dynamic QR code. You can see total scans, unique visitors, device types, geographic location, and referral sources. Pick a 7, 30, or 90-day history window on any analytics-enabled code — live history is bounded by roughly 90 days of retention.
When a pack’s scan budget or term runs out, the code doesn’t become a dead link: it falls back to an archived, ad-supported page — and in some cases GlyphIQ may keep it redirecting to your destination with ads shown instead of archiving it. Attach a new pack any time to bring it back ad-free, or reserve one with auto-extend so it can continue automatically.
A standalone pack is a one-time purchase that attaches to a single QR code. You pick a scan budget from 1,000 to 1,000,000 scans, and the code keeps redirecting until its scans or pack term run out. Packs start at $3, there is no recurring bill, and GlyphIQ never auto-charges your card. Auto-extend can apply another pack you have already bought.
Yes — it is called auto-extend. Reserve a standalone pack you have already bought against a specific code, and the moment that code reaches its scan cap or its term ends, the reserved pack applies automatically with a fresh scan budget and pack term. Setting up a reservation never charges, and neither does cancelling before it triggers. If the reserved pack is unavailable when the trigger fires, the code is archived and we email you.
A static QR code encodes the destination URL directly — it cannot be changed after creation. A dynamic QR code points to a short redirect URL that you control, so you can update the destination anytime. Dynamic codes also enable scan tracking and analytics.
Yes. GlyphIQ offers a free static QR code generator — no signup, no account, full customization, PNG + SVG export — and static codes never expire because the URL is encoded directly into the image. What a free static code can’t do is change its destination after printing or track scans; for an editable code with real-time analytics you move to a dynamic code with a standalone pack.
Yes. You can add a logo overlay along with custom dot shapes, corner styles, and brand colors — on every code, free or paid, including the free QR code generator with no account. Codes are generated client-side for instant preview.
A dynamic QR code on GlyphIQ costs whatever standalone pack you choose to attach to it — a one-time purchase from $3 (1,000 scans) up to $32 (1,000,000 scans). Each pack covers a fixed pack term and its scan budget — both stated at checkout — and there's no subscription — you pay only when you buy a pack, and auto-extend applies a pack you've already bought rather than charging your card again.
Yes. GlyphIQ's free QR code generator makes static codes — no login, no monthly fee, ever. If you need an editable, trackable code instead, a standalone pack funds it with a one-time purchase, not a recurring plan, so there's still no monthly fee anywhere in GlyphIQ's pricing.
A static QR code never expires — the destination is encoded directly in the image, and it's free with no subscription. A dynamic code funded by a standalone pack does expire eventually: it stays active for its scan budget (up to 1,000,000 scans) and its fixed pack term, both stated at checkout, even though it never requires a subscription.

No recurring billing — keep the codes that matter with a one-time pack.
